Thanks for shopping at No Decaf Allowed. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns 

Coffee is defined as perishable products and they are not eligible for returns. However, on a case-by-case basis following consultation with Support, we reserve the right to choose to refund some portion, or the entire value of coffee purchased through our website.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Shipping 

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
